We stand behind the quality of our products and value your happiness!  Got a question or need help?  We're here for you!  Need to return an item?  We make it simple.

We actually use and love all of the products we sell, so you can rest assured, if there's an issue you're having with a particular product, we've likely got a tip or suggestion that will help you out!  Just shoot us a message, night or day.  We generally respond within a few hours.

If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are committed to finding a solution that will bring you happiness and restore the confidence and value you hold in Femallay.

Return Policy Information

We want to do everything possible to make your return process smooth and easy.  Our guarantee to you is that, if you wish to return products for any reason, you may send them back to us within 60 days from the invoice date, and we will issue your qualifying hassle-free refund within 5 days from receipt of the return.

We are proud of the fact that:

    • We do not charge a restocking fee.
    • We do not require you to contact us beforehand, nor do we require you to get a “return authorization” from us.
    • You have up to 60 days from the invoice date to return merchandise.

Return Instructions

Please include a copy of your invoice in the return package, or a note with your name, address, and telephone number.  We would appreciate a short explanation (although not necessary) as to the reason for your return.  Your feedback helps us to understand the needs and concerns of our valued customers and assists us in developing better products.

Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund to the payment account (credit card, bank account, or PayPal account) used to purchase the order.

Policy Restrictions & Exceptions

    • Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges, unless there is an error on our part.  Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. 
    • Refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned with the exception of our menstrual care products, which are fully refundable.  If you're not sure whether you'll enjoy (or be sensitive to) a particular flavor, scent, or ingredient, we encourage you to try a sample before purchasing the full size product.
    • You'll be happy to hear that we honor an extended 120-day return policy for Femallay menstrual cups, because we understand it can take some women a few cycles to feel confident and comfortable with using their cup.

      Discrepancies and Shortages

      If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please contact customer service immediately.  We promise to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
