If tracking shows your order was delivered, you've tried to find it, but it's just nowhere to be found, we will do a courtesy reship of your order with the purchase of a new shipping label.
If you have any address updates, please be sure to note that at checkout.
Include the original order number in "order notes" when you purchase a reship label. This makes it easy for us to look up the original order and make sure you get all the goodies that you originally purchased!
You will be sent a new shipping confirmation and tracking number once your replacement package is on its way.
Please note that this option will only be available to first-time delivery issues. If you have recurring issues with packages being misdelivered, we recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout, which will enable you to file a dispute with the USPS if they misdeliver your package again, and they will refund the cost of your order.
Alternatively, you may want to select UPS or another shipping carrier, if you have recurring issues with the USPS delivery service.
