Directions

Use one suppository daily, or before intimacy, or as often as needed to relieve dryness, cramps, and vaginal pain and discomfort. Start slow with usage and only increase frequency as needed.

Separate and peel open a single suppository shell to remove the suppository, place it into the applicator, or use your hands, and insert vaginally. Will melt and absorb slowly over the course of 2-10 minutes.
