Great question! Your package will arrive in a plain white box that includes our company name on the label, however we do not include the contents of what is inside unless the package is shipping internationally. International shipping requires the content list to be on the label.

To use your suppository melts:
- Separate one suppository from the row
- Peel apart the shell to remove it from the plastic
- Insert vaginally (like a tampon) as far as you comfortably can using either clean hands or the applicator provided in your box of melts.
We recommend that you allow 5-10 minutes for the suppository to fully melt before engaging in intercourse.

Our suppository melts are made with a natural stevia plant sweetener that will not feed the growth of bad bacteria, like some sugary lubricants can do.
The ingredients can be found by clicking on the tab labeled 100% natural ingredients under the product description page for each product on our website. We use organic food-grade flavor oils in our flavored suppositories, like what you would find in flavored teas, chocolates, or lip balms. Additionally, our premium melts are organic, vegan, pH-balanced, and chemical-free!
Our natural vaginal suppositories are formulated to melt at body temperature, so when shipping to a warm climate or during the warm months of the year, it is possible that they could melt in transit. Rest assured, this will not hurt the suppositories and if you refrigerate them upon receipt of your package, they should harden back up nicely so you can use them without issue! This information is also located on the packaging.
Great question! While we don’t recommend eating them like they are candy (as this may cause some gastrointestinal upset), every ingredient in our flavored melts is safe to ingest in small amounts and commonly found in many foods you can buy at the grocery store. So...enjoy and have a little fun!
Our moisturizing suppositories are safe for daily use, so long as you do not have any allergies to any of the organic ingredients contained in them. The cleansing suppositories contain therapeutic essential oils that work well to cleanse and kill bacteria, but they should not be used daily or long term. We recommend following all directions on the box and user guide and always consult with your healthcare provider if symptoms do not improve after 7 days of use.
In cases of unusual or foul vaginal odors, itching, or irritation, you may be dealing with a bacterial imbalance or a yeast infection. Our organically scented and flavored vaginal moisturizing suppositories are not designed to mask vaginal odors or treat infections, and we do not recommend using them for that purpose. You may want to give one of our cleansing suppositories a try to help alleviate odors, itching, and imbalances - and enjoy the flavored melts as a fun way to promote vaginal moisture once things are back in balance! Always consult with your doctor for these issues.
We suggest that you try the Organic Vitamin E Vaginal Moisturizing Suppository Melts Unscented and Unflavored and/or The Organic Broad-Spectrum Hemp Vaginal Wellness Suppository Melts. if you are looking for the most hypoallergenic solution (they still contain tree nuts, for those concerned about allergies). All of our melts are hormone-free, soy-free, gluten-free, glycerin-free, and paraben-free!

Our products are peanut and almond nut free! However, they do contain organic coconut oil and illipe nut butter (which is like a cocoa bean), and while usually, these items do not cause allergies in the same way, we can make no guarantees! Please consult with your primary healthcare practitioner if you are unsure or have any concerns! We do recommend patch testing, particularly if anyone using the product is unsure of whether they may be allergic to any of the organic ingredients listed. Or if either you or your partner have a nut allergy, it is a good idea to patch test before use just to make sure the product is safe for you. Our products contain only natural and organic ingredients with zero synthetic preservatives, additives, or flavors.
Our uniquely formulated vaginal suppositories are made with premium all-organic ingredients that are pH balanced, nourishing to vaginal tissue, and are naturally anti-bacterial to promote health and wellness while providing superior moisture. A healthy vagina should maintain the pH level of 3.5 to 4.5, and our suppositories maintain a level of about 4-4.5, so they should not alter pH levels or cause infection.
We cannot be sure how the two products might interact with each other, as they have not been tested together. It may be fine, however there is the possibility that the suppositories could dilute the spermicide and cause them to be less effective, or the combination of the two products may cause irritation.
The suppositories are produced in small batches weekly and tagged with expiration dates on the side of the box. We recommend using them by the expiration date, which is 18 months from production. Although the ingredients may last beyond that point, the suppositories may start to dry out and are less effective after expiration.
Our organic hemp-derived CBD melts contain less than 0.3% THC, as required by law. So, while they should not affect a drug test, it is possible for regular daily use to cause THC to start to accumulate in your system. Again, this may or may not show up on a drug test. Since we cannot be 100% sure, you may wish to avoid use or only use during your period or times when you experience vaginal or abdominal pain or cramping.
Our vaginal suppositories are made with the highest quality organic ingredients for your health, safety, and enjoyment! However, this product has not been tested and approved for use during pregnancy, and you should be aware that oils used vaginally could soften the cervix, which could cause prenatal complications. Our recommendation is to wait and enjoy these after your sweet little one has arrived, but always feel free to consult with your healthcare provider regarding the use of any products vaginally during pregnancy. We are not aware of any issues or interactions regarding the use of our suppositories while breastfeeding. In fact, we do have quite a few breastfeeding customers who love to use them and have not reported any issues. However, please consult with a trusted healthcare provider regarding the safety of using specific products or consumables while breastfeeding, as per FDA recommendations.
Our suppositories are made with organic plant oils, which may cause latex condoms to deteriorate and break. However, condoms made with polyurethane are considered safe to use with oil-based products like our suppositories.
Our products have not been specifically tested with regards to their impact on birth control, so unfortunately, we cannot advise you on that. Please feel free to ask your healthcare provider regarding using oil-based products vaginally and their effect on birth control.
Our flavored melts have not been tested for other uses, and while they are all natural and organic, we are only able to recommend their use vaginally at this time. Please feel free to consult with your healthcare provider with regards to the health and safety of rectal use.
Our cloth pads and menstrual cups come with washing tips and user guides! Be sure to go over those carefully before beginning use of your reusable period care products. We recommend washing pads before first use.
Yes, our cloth pads are extra absorbent! We recommend the large size for max absorbency and coverage. You may like to use a large menstrual cup with the pad if bleeding is especially heavy, in order to offer even more protection.
We are sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Femallay menstrual cup leaking. When properly positioned under the cervix (and with the pearl properly positioned when using an Easy-Empty™️ Menstrual cup) you should be able to enjoy leak-free period protection!The first thing to check for if using our proprietary Easy-Empty™️ cup with valve and pearl is the position of the pearl. Make sure it is in the down position before vaginal insertion to ensure a good seal and no leaks occur out of the valve. You can test that the pearl is blocking flow by running water into your cup with the pearl in the down position. If water flows through, so can blood.Once you fold and insert your cup, rotate it, and feel it open, then you can double-check position and seal. Gently tug on the stem to see if it feels secure. It should hold and not slip out if a seal has been created. If your cervix is tilted (which is common), this could contribute to the problem of leaking or forming an improper seal. Learning how to locate your cervix and feel for it off to the side of your cup after insertion can help ensure leak-free success! If the cup is position too high or slightly to the side of your cervix, that can lead to some residual blood flow around the cup and cause leaks instead of the flow staying inside the cup. The diameter of the Small Easy-Empty™️ Menstrual Cup is 40 mm and the diameter of the Large Easy-Empty™️ Menstrual Cup is 46 mm.
The Easy-Empty™ menstrual cup is uniquely designed with a valve and bead that enables you to drain the cup without having to remove it! Full details and instructions are included on the site and in the user guide included with your cup.
The Simplicity™ Menstrual cup is a classic design that must be removed to be emptied. It has a solid stem with grip balls on it to help you grab the stem for help with removal of your cup. Unlike the Easy-Empty™, the Simplicity™ cup's stem can be trimmed off for those with a tilted or low cervix or for those that find a cup stem to be uncomfortable. Again, further instructions can be found in the user guide included with your cup!

Yes, absolutely! Your IUD sits inside the uterus, while the menstrual cup sits at the top of the vaginal canal.
Directions are provided with all of our teas! First, you'll need an infuser to steep your tea. You'll measure 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea and add this to your diffuser. Pour 8 ounces of pure, freshly boiled water over the diffuser and allow to steep for 7-15 minutes! Enjoy!

While we wish we could send your order on a magic carpet, we actually cannot guarantee shipping/delivery dates, as there are quite a few factors outside of our control that could cause delays. We process orders super quick, usually within 1-2 business days. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are reliant on the carrier to get your order to you as quickly as possible. While we know it can be frustrating, depending on the shipping option you chose at checkout, international orders do tend to take longer to arrive than domestic orders. Our processing time of 1-2 days is the same for international orders, so your order will leave our warehouse just as fast as any other. Chances are, yes! We offer worldwide shipping. When checking out, you'll see multiple shipping options based on the address you provide.
In the frustrating event that you've not received your package despite tracking showing that it has been delivered, we ask our customers to take the following steps:
- Check with neighbors - occasionally packages get left at the wrong address, so ask around! This is especially helpful if your address is an apartment with a common mailroom.
- Check with your local carrier - if you're able to make contact with that person, this is a really helpful step!
- Go to your local carriers office (USPS or UPS) - sometimes packages are held due to a reason that didn't allow delivery. Bring your tracking # and often, they're able to help locate your package!
- If after 7 days, you've still not located the package, reach out to us at hello@femallay.com and we'll try our best to help solve the problem!
This means that your package has been processed on our end and sent to the carrier, but they have yet to scan your package. You should typically see an update within the next 24-48 hours!

Congratulations on your pregnancy journey! When trying to get pregnant, we do NOT recommend using the suppositories around your time of ovulation. The thick consistency of the moisturizing butters and oils could make it difficult for the sperm to get to the egg for fertilization to occur. Other times of the month, it should be fine to use our melts! Feel free to reach out with other questions or ask your healthcare provider.

The easiest way to make changes to an existing subscription order, is by logging into your account on our website by clicking the account icon in the upper right-hand corner. You'll be able to cancel or pause your subscription in addition to making changes to the frequency, quantify, items ordered and delivery date. Keep in mind, changes made after an order has processed and shipped, will not change the current order, but will take affect for future shipments. If you run into any issues, please reach out to hello@femallay.com and we can make most changes for you as well. (Femallay never sees your payment information, so payment information changes need to be handled by the buyer.)
You may cancel your subscription order by logging into your account on our website. You'll click the account icon (next to the magnifying glass) in the upper right-hand corner. You'll be emailed a login link, once you input your email address. Changes can be made to your subscription once logged in. Yes! We email our subscription customers a reminder of their upcoming order. This will be sent 4 days prior to the order processing date. This gives customers time to make any desired changes to their subscription order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES
We feel confident that you'll love our products! But in the event that you have changed your mind about a purchase, you may return any product that is unopened, unused and with original packaging intact within 30 days of purchase. (Our policy includes a 60-day return window for our international customers.) We offer several return options to choose from, including a Return for Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit. See details below. Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment (or Exchange or Store Credit, if you select one of these options.) - Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging.
- Attach your return label to the package.

We offer samples for purchase of each suppository melt flavor. For domestic (USA) orders, we charge a flat $3.95 processing fee. For international (non-USA) orders we charge a percentage of the estimated return label cost, set at a maximum of $30 USD. These processing fees help offset the cost of the return shipping and also the time involved to process returns. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount issued back to the original form of payment.
