Here's How It Works:
Take 60 seconds (seriously!) to fill out our simple affiliate signup form. You will be given a unique link and coupon code to share & earn, plus access to Femallay banners and links that you can share on your website or social media.
As a Femallay affiliate, you receive 15% Commission on every completed sale that originates from your unique referral link or using your referral code. It's as easy as cut and paste, and you'll have access to your own backend affiliate login, where you can track your earnings and stats, and check for new available banners and links.
How will you be paid?
All affiliate commissions are paid out once per month, on the 1st of every month, for the previous month’s eligible completed sales. After signing up, you will be asked to setup a payment option the first time you login into to your personal affiliate portal.
All sales transactions are subject to a 14-day holding period before commission earnings are paid out on those sales. Femallay affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 15% for all referrals who sign-up using their link and/or through an approved email link. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to refunded payments.
All referrals are tracked for 30 days, so even if a customer doesn’t buy on the first visit, you’ll still get credit (and payment) for the referral when they come back and buy later.

Restrictions on promotion
The Femallay Inc affiliate program is designed for affiliates to promote via their legitimate channels of influence only. Promotion via paid traffic (including any AdWords campaign), re-targeting, discount and/or coupon site, or any other method that, in the sole discretion of Femallay Inc is not in accordance with the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions will result in any commissions so resulting in being denied and puts your continued participation in the Femallay Inc program in jeopardy.
Legal Compliance
All affiliates must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations within their jurisdiction. This includes relevant governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. Femallay Inc. reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination, you agree to discontinue the use of all links, logos, banners, and promotional materials provided to you by Femallay Inc. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Femallay Inc network.
Program Terms Summary
By signing up for Femallay Inc Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms above, as well as the following:
- Affiliate agrees not to bid on Femallay® brand name or (or any common misspellings or confusing similar names) on any pay-for-placement search engine, including, but not limited to, Google, Bing, or Yahoo.
- Affiliate agrees not to use the Femallay® brand name on any 3rd party advertising space, including but not limited to Social Media Accounts, Google, Bing, or Yahoo.
- Affiliate agrees not to create accounts on social media presenting themselves as a representative of Femallay® or using the trademarked Femallay® name in their user name or profile.
- Affiliate agrees not to use deceptive advertising or marketing tactics to refer traffic.
- Affiliate agrees not to post their code on Femallay® Facebook page or blog, or contact current Femallay® customers/fans via email, text, or any other means with the intent of getting them to use your referral link.
- An affiliate in violation of any terms listed herein may result in loss of commissions and/or immediate termination from the program.
- Femallay® reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of the program at any time.
